Pasta isn't just something we make it's something we've lived with our entire lives. We are Riccardo and Marcello Luzzi, two brothers from Modena, Italy, where fresh pasta isn't a special occasion but simply part of everyday life. We grew up spending Sundays in the kitchen with our grandmother and our mother, learning recipes, techniques, and traditions that had been passed down through generations. Those same traditions live on in our shops in the Netherlands.

Our surname is on the door because this business is our family. Behind everything we do stands our mother, Gaetana. She taught us how to make pasta, how to respect ingredients, and how to never take shortcuts when it comes to quality. Even today, she still works alongside us, guiding us, supporting us, and making sure things are done the proper way.

You might wonder why we make pasta. The answer is simple: because we love it, and we eat it every single day.

We started learning how to make pasta when we were children and never stopped. It's what we know, what we enjoy, and what’s in our blood.

Simple Ingredients. Real Pasta.

Good pasta doesn't need many ingredients. We use Italian grain from our home province of Modena and fresh organic eggs from local farms in the Utrecht region. Every day we produce fresh pasta using our traditional methods. Some products are still made completely by hand because modern technology simply hasn't matched the texture and taste of the old-fashioned way.

Everything we make is inspired by the recipes, techniques, and values we grew up with. Every raviolo, every tagliatella, and every tortellino carries a little piece of our family's story.
